By submitting your personal data during the recruitment process in our Company you declare that you fully acknowledge the below information and you provide your unambiguous consent to the Company for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the below terms and conditions. Our Company, as Data Controller, is committed to protecting your personal data and to being transparent about the information it collects about you and how it processes it. Furthermore, we will ensure that the information you submit to us via our online portal, platform, direct emails and correspondence and also via any third party websites (including but not limited to LinkedIn) or through any of our offices is only used for the purposes set out in this Form. When submitting an application for a position at our Company you provide your personal details including but not limited to your name, contact details, email address, and Curriculum Vitae (CV), which we will use and process in order to:

Make sure that you have the consent of the Company’s employee when providing an employee’s name who referred you with your application. We guarantee that these third party providers comply with similar privacy and confidentiality requirements as regards your personal data to those imposed on our Company. Our company implements appropriate technical and organizational safety measures to ensure the security and processing of data held in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Laws and this Policy. The Company in principle maintains the personal data of its clients within the European Economic Area. The Company may use the services of data processors, located in third countries, only if they provide adequate safeguards to comply with the level of personal data protection provided within the European Union, by being bound by standard data protection clauses, approved by the European Commission. We may also disclose personal information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities, if they require us to do so. We inform you that we will keep your personal data, which you provide us with, for a period of one (1) year from the date of their submission. Without prejudice to applicable law, you have the right to access, correction, rectification, deletion, portability and to object in relation to the processing of your personal data as well as the right to lodge a complaint before the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
